odd question.
I found a place that filters water and can fill my 7 gal carboys.
what do I need to supplement with after RO filtering?
I know that the yeast need minerals to propogate.

Mon, May 5, 2008 - 11:30 PMHave you talked to the place that gives you the water to see what it filters out? I usually just use spring water that I buy, because our water is a little mineral tasting. -

I ended up running the hose water through a carbon filter, hopefully cut downm on the chlorine and chloramines
